Foundation announces part-time executive assistant position

The Piqua Community is now accepting applications for a part-time executive assistant. This opening follows the departure of LeeAnn Foster, The Foundation’s former executive assistant, who accepted a full-time position with Piqua City Schools last month.

This role provides essential support to the executive director and contributes to The Foundation’s day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in record-keeping, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience providing administrative support for grant and scholarship programs. Effective written and verbal communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders are also key. Experience with marketing and social media is preferred and would be highly valued in the selection process.

This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the Piqua community while finding personal fulfillment in your work.
